Apr 26, 2019

BISim offers a comprehensive, cutting-edge technology suite for a broad range of multi-domain training uses. At ITEC 2019, visitors to BISim’s booth will see demonstrations of our technology as the simulation platform for land, sea and air use cases.

Visit BISim and partners at Stand ID40. Contact sales.eu@bisimulations.com to schedule meetings and product demos.

Demonstrations

At ITEC 2019, BISim and partners will showcase a range of new products, capabilities and training applications at stand ID40. These include the following demonstrations:

VR Flight Trainer - Take a test flight of the T-45 VR Part-Task Trainer, developed by BISim for the U.S. Navy. The VR-PTT replicates the crewstation, avionics, and flight dynamics of the T-45 aircraft using VR technology and VBS Blue IG, BISim’s powerful 3D whole-earth image generator, to provide training at the point of need.

High-Performance Image Generation - See a demonstration of VBS Blue IG for a Joint Terminal Attack Controller use case presented by QuantaDyn Corp and using QuantaDyn’s QFires capability.

High-Fidelity, Part-Task Gunnery Training - BISim will demonstrate its CV9040 part-task trainer leveraging VBS3, developed for the Swedish Armed Forces. The CV9040 PTT is a highly adaptable and reconfigurable individual through to collective training solution employing cost-effective 'software panels' and touchscreen devices. BISim painstakingly recreated the CV 9040 down to the last detail, giving gunners and commanders the capability to operate the fully featured fire control system, sensors and optics, carry out the complete start up procedure, employ the complex airburst ammunition natures as they would in the actual vehicle.

VR RHIB Driver Training - Novatech will showcase a brand new rigid hull inflatable boat driver trainer, built using VBS3. Developed by Novatech and the University of Portsmouth for the Royal Navy, the simulator operates using a 3 degrees of freedom motion platform, complete with replica control console.
