You are limited to only one concurrent replay of the AAR at any one time. The ability to download and run multiple AAR's on different computers still remains but these will be independant of each other.
The server download function is only available from Dedicated Servers
AAR files are saved in the My Documents\VBS2\AAR folder on the computer where the AAR file was saved (on the server).
