Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Cline as Chief Financial Officer. Adam brings over two decades of experience in corporate financial management and strategic planning within the defense industry, most recently serving in a series of senior leadership roles at BAE Systems.
As BISim’s CFO, Adam will lead global financial operations, including planning, reporting, treasury, and tax functions. He will play a key role in supporting BISim’s continued growth and expanding capabilities, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and long-term financial sustainability.

During his 20-year tenure at BAE Systems, Adam held a variety of leadership positions across finance and strategy. He led finance teams overseeing a diverse set of customer contracts and markets, managed consolidated financial reporting, and served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO of BAE Systems, Inc. His broad experience navigating both operational and corporate finance in complex environments uniquely positions him to support BISim’s expanding portfolio and customer base.
Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Binghamton University.
